How well do Heartland RVs hold up?
How well do Heartland RVs hold up?

I’ve been researching different RV brands for road trips and possibly long-term travel, and Heartland RV has come up a few times. Some RVs look great but have build quality issues, while others are solid but lack good customer support. If you own one, how has your experience been? Have you needed repairs, and if so, how was Heartland RV customer service when handling warranty claims or parts?
Bought a Heartland RV a while back and it was a combination of a good and educational experience. The layout and features were exactly what I wanted, but like most heartland rv there were a few things that needed to be fixed after some time on the road. Had to deal with a small leak and a cabinet issue early on. Contacted customer service and while they were helpful it took a little patience to get everything sorted out. If you are considering one of these models I would recommend checking reviews on specific models and staying up to date on maintenance to avoid bigger issues in the future.
