Been thinking about getting a HydroJug since I’m trying to stay more consistent with my water intake, but before I order, I want to know how their customer service handles things. If there’s an issue with shipping, defects, or missing parts, how responsive are they? Has anyone had to call HydroJug customer service for a replacement or warranty issue?
Ordered a HydroJug a few months ago, and while I love the size and design, I had a small issue with the lid not sealing properly. Reached out to hydrojug phone number to see what could be done. It took about a day to get a response, but they sent a new lid without much hassle. If you ever need to contact them, I’d recommend including photos of the issue in your first email to speed things up. Overall, decent experience, just wish the response time was a little quicker.
