    Ordered custom-fit floor mats from WeatherTech and got a confirmation email, but I haven’t received any tracking information yet. It’s been several days, so I’m curious if custom orders usually take longer to ship or if I should follow up for an update.

After a few days with no tracking update, I checked weathertech customer service to see if others had similar experiences. Some customers shared that custom orders can take a bit longer, especially during high-demand periods. Sure enough, I got a tracking number around day five, and the mats arrived soon after. The fit and quality were spot on, just needed a little patience with the shipping.
